Shipping policy
By submitting an order, you agree that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We must have your updated shipping information before your order is completed. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong location due the address provided being incorrect.
If you will not be available when your package is estimated to arrive and would like us to hold your package until you are ready, please let us know before your order is completed.
We ship all packages with USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail Services with tracking.
Tracking will be provided through email linked to your customer account or by the contact information left on your order.
Once tracking is provided your order will be picked up by USPS within 24 hours OR the next business day. Tracking may take an additional 24 hours to update once picked up by USPS.
Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package. We cannot offer refunds on packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or after delivery.
For international orders, customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, additional postage etc. upon arrival to the destination.
A handling fee may be included in shipping cost given at checkout.
