WHAT IS THE CURRENT ESTIMATED WAIT TIME?

The current estimated wait time can be found at the top of every page. The listed wait estimate changes depending on how many orders we have, but we track the wait estimate given at the time each individual order was placed. While we do try to keep wait times to a minimum, the wait time is only an estimate and is subject to change due to unexpected delays. We do not guarantee wait times, shipping dates or delivery dates. CAN YOU TAKE MY ORDER THROUGH MESSAGES?

To keep orders organized and work efficiently, we are unable to take orders through messages.

DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

Due to high demand, we do not offer rush orders. We would not be able to fairly accommodate or offer a rush order spot to everyone, so it's best that we do not offer rush orders at all.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer worldwide shipping. Our website was changed to US only on 12/12/2024. Remaining custom orders placed before this change will still be fulfilled and shipped internationally. Note: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, additional postage etc. upon arrival to the destination, as outlined in our Shipping Policy linked on our home page and at checkout.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, if you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We must have your updated shipping address before your order is completed. For custom harnesses, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address before shipping your order to ensure it is sent to the correct location. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/ REMAKES/ CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS?

 We do not offer returns, remakes or refunds on items that have been made as specified on your order form. If an item was made incorrectly, a partial or full refund or remake may be provided following a case-by-case review. We do not allow cancellations or refunds due to wait times or delays as we do not guarantee wait times, shipping dates or delivery dates. DO YOU DO GIVEAWAYS/ DONATIONS/ DISCOUNTS/ TRADES?

Generally, no. We are in extremely high demand for custom orders and get too many requests for free or discounted gear to keep things fair. We kindly ask that you don't request free or discounted items from us. We do occasionally run sales or host giveaways on our own schedule.
