Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or returns for custom products that were correctly made according to the order details provided. By submitting an order, you agree that all information on the order form is complete and accurate, and that changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.
We do not offer cancelations due to wait times as we do not guarantee wait times, shipping dates or delivery dates. Timeframes provided are only estimates and are subject to change.
By submitting an order, you agree that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. We must have your updated shipping information before your order is completed. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong location due the address provided being incorrect.
Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package. We cannot offer refunds on packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by the carrier or after delivery.
If your custom product was incorrectly made and does not match the order details provided, your refund or return request will be reviewed and either a partial or full refund will be issued, or a shipping label will be provided for a partial or full remake of the item(s). You must notify me within 48 hours of package delivery if there is an issue with your item(s).
We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by misuse of items.
